3)    Applicant Panel
       - assign applicants with temporary passwords to check their interview status online.

4)    School / Admin Panel (managing applicant data & interview matters)
       - provide user name and password for each school staff,
       - allow different authority setting based on its given position,
       - can manage applicant data as well as assign interview to each qualified applicant,
